So make sure you research the company culture and work environment to help prepare to answer this interview question. You want to sound motivated and eager to learn, and you need to be able to explain it clearly and concisely to them.

So the position sounds exciting. Then, mention those three things, and conclude by talking about why their job seemed like a good match for what you want.
