Yea, it's stupid that they don't have a both option like one is better is than the other. Seriously, I don't want to date anyone that I can't do both with.

Going out with someone to do something you both enjoy is the best feeling. I avoided answering it because I think it's too easily misunderstood by one party or the other.

IMO it's basically asking "do you want someone to party with or someone to settle down with" but I've seen people interpret it to mean something about being independent while in a relationship or some other BS. That applies to most of the questions, in my opinion. Not enough of them allow for gray-area answers.

I'm looking for someone to go out with and someone to Uber to after. Yea I'm looking for the "go out with then go home and have weird drunk sex with" answer. I take "come home to" to mean that you're looking for a more serious relationship and aren't averse to cohabitation at some point, and "go out with" to mean that you want to keep it light and casual.

Basically it's the difference between long and short term dating. I know this is a cop out, but my answer was both. I think I checked "go out with" and put that in the explanation. It doesn't always mean they are not ready to settle down though, some couples who are married do like to go to bars and live that sort of lifestyle.

I skipped it because it's another dumb question that is too open to interpretation to tell anything about the person.

These are the sorts of stupid questions I just don't answer. They mean too many different things and the person I date isn't going to fit into just one of those. Looking for someone to stay home with. I want to sit in the back yard and listen to podcasts and drink wine. Then bang. Mine is someone to come home to and my explanation is "so we can go out and then come back home".

I phrased it that way bc while I'd like someone to laze around with and come home to them and be comfortable in stability, i still want to go out and have fun and tear up the city with them. Why not both?

I want someone to go out and do fun things with, but also someone who is long term. Someone to go home to, but to also go on trips, holidays, fun activities. I put go out with, because I'm not looking for a homebody, I want someone who will run around to museums and beer festivals with me. Plus, I don't really like inviting people into my home, though I'll go to them once we really know each other.

Maybe you should find the question and post the answers here so that we can have an actual discussion. Found the internet! Posted by 5 years ago. Sort by: best. Reply Share. Continue this thread. Going home alone after a night out is the worst feeling. So yes, both. Doesn't have to be the same person.
